This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the procedures for canceling orders and requesting refunds for products and services purchased from Luxe, a home automation company based in Hyderabad.
Order Cancellation
Within 24 Hours: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it without any cancellation fee.
After 24 Hours but Before Shipping: If an order is canceled after 24 hours but before it has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be applied.
Post-Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Returns and Refunds
Within 7 Days of Delivery: Products returned within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund, provided they are in unused, original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Between 8 to 30 Days of Delivery: Products returned between 8 to 30 days after delivery will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the product value.
After 30 Days of Delivery: Refunds will not be issued for products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Defective or Damaged Products
Reporting: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact Luxe within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Return Requirements: The defective product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Refund Process
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned product.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Modification of Policy
Luxe reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The revised policy will take effect immediately upon being posted on the company’s website.
