Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the procedures for canceling orders and requesting refunds for products and services purchased from Luxe, a home automation company based in Hyderabad.

Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 Hours: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it without any cancellation fee.
  • After 24 Hours but Before Shipping: If an order is canceled after 24 hours but before it has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be applied.
  • Post-Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

  • Within 7 Days of Delivery: Products returned within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund, provided they are in unused, original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Between 8 to 30 Days of Delivery: Products returned between 8 to 30 days after delivery will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the product value.
  • After 30 Days of Delivery: Refunds will not be issued for products returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • Reporting: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact Luxe within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
  • Return Requirements: The defective product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned product.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Modification of Policy

  • Luxe reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The revised policy will take effect immediately upon being posted on the company’s website.
